Terms of Service
By engaging with ensoo or using this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are here to keep things clear, fair, and transparent for both sides.
1. Scope of Work
Before any project begins, we’ll agree on a defined scope that outlines deliverables, timelines, and pricing. This may be documented through a proposal, email, or shared workspace.
If new requests arise that fall outside the original scope, we’ll discuss them with you and provide a revised estimate before proceeding. No surprise costs—ever.
2. Payment Terms
Our standard payment structure is 50% upfront and 50% upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Final files, live access, or handover materials are provided once the final payment is received. Payments overdue by more than 7 days may result in paused work or delayed delivery.
We accept payments via bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise.
3. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds, defined at the start (typically 2–3 per phase, depending on scope).
Revisions are intended for refinement—not for changing direction entirely. If feedback introduces significant changes beyond what was approved, additional work may be quoted separately and confirmed before proceeding.
4. Timelines & Availability
We aim to move quickly, without compromising quality. Project timelines depend on timely feedback, approvals, and asset delivery from your side.
If communication is inactive for more than 14 days, the project may be paused. Restarting the project may require rescheduling and could include a rebooking fee.
5. Ownership & Usage Rights
Once full payment is received, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you.
This includes design files, code, and brand assets created specifically for the project. We reserve the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing channels unless otherwise agreed in writing before the project begins.
6. Communication
Our workflow is primarily asynchronous. We use tools like email, Slack, Framer, Notion, and Loom to stay aligned—keeping meetings purposeful and minimal.
We aim to respond to project-related messages within 24–48 hours on business days. Urgent matters or live discussions can be scheduled when needed.
7. Cancellations & Pauses
You may cancel a project at any time. In such cases, you’ll be invoiced for the work completed up to that point.
If a project is paused for more than 21 days without notice, it may be removed from the active queue. Resuming work may require a restart fee depending on scope and availability.
8. Liability
We commit to delivering work as outlined in the agreed scope and with professional care.
ensoo is not responsible for indirect damages, third-party service issues, or outcomes resulting from how the final work is used or modified after delivery. This includes platforms, plugins, hosting, or external tools beyond our control.
9. Confidentiality
All information shared with us—such as strategy, visuals, product details, or internal documentation—is treated as confidential.
We won’t share, reuse, or disclose your information without permission. If required, we’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before starting a project.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in how we work or legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page.
